Here is how she did it. I started by die cutting some watercolour card, using a mask to create the moon. Lightly spritz with water and then swipe across using Distress stains. Using a wet paint brush faux bleach out some clouds by applying water and dab off with a tissue. Remove the moon mask and ink using distress inks, faux bleaching a few more clouds in the moon.
